Once you have placed an order,

refund


Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

If on weekdays you change your mind within the first 24 hours of placing your order, we'll refund you directly. After this period has passed, if the order has been processed, we will no longer be able to reimburse you in the context of a change of mind before the product has been delivered, received and returned to the address communicated.


As soon as the order is ready to be shipped, you can always request a refund, however, you must, upon receipt of your order, send it back to us in its original packaging.
 

You have placed an order and are requesting a refund within 48 hours.

  • Verification by our teams if your order has not been shipped.

Example of case number 1:

You made your request more than 24 hours after your order.

  • We will send you an email to explain that your order has been shipped and we will give you the return address.
  • Wait for receipt of your order, then send the package to us.
  • Receipt by our teams of your order. Verification that the product has not been opened.*
  • Full refund of your order within 48 hours.

Case example number 2:

Your order has not been shipped.

  • Cancellation of your order.
  • You will receive a refund email directly.

 

*There are certain situations where only a partial refund up to 30% is given: (if applicable)
* Any item that is not in its original condition (packaging), which is damaged or has certain parts missing for reasons not due to our error.


*No refund will be possible: Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Return

Refund request after 48 hours of placing the order:

Upon receipt of your order, to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and must not be open.

To make a return, you must present us with a receipt or proof of purchase.


Product return request because it does not correspond to the order:

If the product you ordered does not match the one you received, we apologize in advance. Discover the procedure:

  1. Return your product and receive a new product,
  2. Return and refund.

  • Receipt of the product and observation of the product not corresponding to your order
  • Submit a request to customer service explaining the facts with supporting photos. After verification by the team, if the product is the same as the one you ordered, and if it appears to be in good condition. No refunds and returns can be made.
  • Send the product back to the address that we will have communicated to you.

 

Receipt of your package and inspection of the facts.

  1. Validation that you don't have the right product. Reimbursement of shipping costs.
  2. Shipment of the new product to your home.

Or

  1. Refusal because product in good condition or received in poor condition.
  2. You will receive an email from us explaining the facts, supporting photos.

 

2. Return and refund

  • Receipt of the product and observation of the product not corresponding to your order
  • Submit a request to customer service explaining the facts with supporting photos
  • Return the product to the address that we will have communicated to you.

Receipt of your package and inspection of the facts.

  1. Validation because the product is in good condition and in its original packaging (unopened)
  2. Refund of your order. (excluding shipping costs)

  1. Refusal because product in good condition or received in poor condition.
  2. You will receive an email from us explaining the facts, supporting photos.

 

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace an item if it is faulty or damaged. If in this case you wish to exchange it for the same article, send us an e-mail to serviceclient.lacewigparis@gmail.com and send us your article to the address that we will have communicated to you.
Gifts
If the returned item was identified as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of your return. Once we have received the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item was not identified as a gift when of purchase, or if the gift giver preferred to receive the item first to give it to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will know that you returned the item.

Shipping :

For a product return because you are not satisfied with the product, you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your exchanged product may vary.

If you are shipping an item worth more than $30, you should consider using a delivery service that allows you to track the shipment or purchase delivery insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive the item you return to us.
